ABOUT
The AstraZeneca Young Health Programme Scholarships support young leaders to attend the AFS Youth Assembly 2026, organised by AFS Intercultural Programs from 12–14 August 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland. The programme provides leadership development, global networking, and opportunities for youth to influence international decision-making. It targets young changemakers working on global health, climate action, and resilient health systems, helping build a strong global network of youth advocates committed to healthier and more sustainable communities.

Scholarship Benefits

Eligibility Criteria
- Be between 18 and 35 years old at the time the programme begins
- Demonstrate active involvement in health equity, health systems resilience, or climate and nature action
- Have never attended the AFS Youth Assembly before
- Be able to actively participate in English-language sessions
- Be available to attend the full programme from 10–15 August 2026, including travel days
- Have the ability to secure a visa and travel to Switzerland
