OVERVIEW
The Letter to Strangers Youth Mental Health Education Fellowship equips US-based teachers, counselors, and reduces mental health stigma among their students – at no cost to you or your school.
The Letter to Stranger is seeking 10 fellows for this inaugural cohort, with priority given to educators at Title I, rural, and under-resourced schools. You don’t need to have an existing L2S chapter at your school to apply.

WHO SHOULD APPLY
- You don’t need to be a mental health expert. You just need to be someone who shows up for students and wants better tools to do it.
- Whether you’re in the classroom, the counseling office, or the front office, if student wellbeing is part of your work, this was built for you
- Those at Title I, rural, and under-resourced schools. At least 50% of Fellows will be selected from these settings.
ELIGIBILITY
- Based in the United States
- Currently working in a school or youth-serving setting with high school-age students (approx. grades 9–12)
