Overview 

The IVI RMA Global Health Social Impact Award 2025, financed by the IVI Foundation, provides a $50,000 grant to an established nonprofit project that promotes reproductive and maternal health. This prize is designed to help NGOs achieve greater reach, sustainability, and exposure around the world by accelerating and scaling activities that are already having an impact. 

Who Can Apply 

  • Nonprofit organizations active for at least 2 years (or younger with proven results). 
  • Operating in or partnering with NGOs in IVI RMA Global countries, including: USA, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Canada, UK, Sweden, Chile, Brazil, Panama, Czech Republic, Iceland, and Denmark. 
  • Projects primarily running during 2026. 
  • Focus on reproductive, fertility, or maternal health (including psychosocial support, education, prevention, and fertility preservation. 

Evaluation Process 

  • Health Impact: with a strong emphasis on reproductive and maternal health. 
  • Scalability & Replicability: potential to grow or adapt to new contexts. 
  • Social Equity: addressing barriers for underserved populations. 
  • Alignment with IVI RMA Global’s commitment to building a healthier future. 
  • Innovation & Sustainability: creative approaches with long-term viability. 
  • Strength of Evaluation & Monitoring Plan: clear metrics and accountability. 

Selection Process 

Step 1 — Expert Panel Evaluation 

A multidisciplinary panel reviews all eligible applications and scores them across the criteria (1–5 scale). 

Step 2 — Employee Voting 

From the highest-scoring applications, finalists will be presented to IVI RMA Global employees for a company-wide vote. The final winner will be selected based on a combined assessment of expert scoring and employee vote. 

How To Apply 

  • Applications must be submitted through the official online form available by December 31, 2025, unless an extension is announced by the organizers. 
  • Applications may be submitted in English, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese. 
  • No paper submissions will be accepted. No supporting documents will be accepted by email unless specifically requested. 

Required Information in the Application Form Applicants must provide details on: 

  • Organization name, year founded, country of operation, and main contact. 
  • Project description, start year, key results so far. 
  • Timeline of activities. 
  • Budget overview and allocation plan. 
  • Nonprofit registration details. 
  • Health impact narrative and evaluation plan. 
  • Scalability, sustainability, innovation, and long-term vision.
